A team for people who want to challenge themselves by entering the Freycinet Challenge but don't expect to win and possibly won't even finish. No judgement here. It is better to try and fail than never try at all.
Currently we have a surfski kayaker (me, 50 year old female) who only started paddling last year. After a year of competing at Division 3 I am moving up to Division 2 this year and I have completed a couple of ocean races over 10K, which is about the distance I will be doing in this challenge.
Looking for team members for the trail running and biking legs (mountain and road), aged over 40 (veterans division), male or female.
